As someone who is hoping to lose 100 pounds total I am looking to set myself some goals that are not purely numbers on a scale. This to keep my ADHD brain interested.
But I could only think of a few before running out of inspiration. So i could use some help in thinking of goals.
What i have so far:
-Have a person who doesn't know i am trying to lose weight notice.
- Lose 10cm of waist (and 20cm, 30cm 40cm you get the idea)
- Reach a healthy BMI (okay so this one is somewhat scale related)
- Walked 10k without being sore the next day.
- Fit Shirts In Size 46/44/42/40 and so fort.
I know that this does sound like a few goals already, but i always struggle to keep myself motivated. I will print out the final goal list and work on it.
Also some suggestions for rewards (specific to that goal or not) are welcome!
