Getting restless? Here are some ways to look and feel beautiful while you continue your weightloss!

I don't know about you guys, but there are times when I just want change NOW. Something to make me feel good while I wait weeks and weeks and months for the weight to come off. So, here are some things that you can do if you feel the same impulse for change to feel good and feel right!

-Buy and use Crest Whitestrips - I gave these a try, and seriously, best twenty bucks I've ever spent. People are noticing my teeth and I'm laughing a lot more. I feel great. Ten days and I guarantee you will be smiling a lot more.

-Buy a new shirt, new pants, or, if you've already lost the weight you wanted to lose, a new wardrobe. Go out and find something that will make you look nice, sophisticated, something people will compliment you on, something that makes you feel beautiful, because you ARE!

-Join a sports club or a class! Fencing club, yoga classes, jogging clubs come to mind, but be creative! Photography clubs, wine-tasting clubs, etc etc - find something you love and then do it regularly!

-Indulge in that thing you've wanted for a while now. A Kindle? A Wii? Those really cute boots or new pots and pans for the kitchen or sunglasses or some new music or marijuana or what-have-you. The great thing about this is that you can work it into your diet, too; only play games after a successful workout, or only read your Kindle as you run on the treadmill or listen to that new album instead. Having fun things waiting for you is a great way to make excuses to work out.

-Change your appearance some other way. Get a fresh haircut, dye your hair a different color, get ear piercings, body piercings, tattoos - stuff that you know you want and will make you feel good about your body. This is not a, "I can't lose weight so I'm getting a horse tattooed to my ass" thing - this is a way you can do something you like to your body and then see it everyday and think, "Yeah, I'm awesome, and the horse tattooed to my ass is equally awesome."

-Have a dinner party! Volunteer to cook some healthy, delicious food for your friends or family. Indulge in some wine and show everyone how great you are at feeding yourself and others. A great way to get together and cheat the system while dieting.

tl;dr, Go and get something that makes you feel good, and just treat yourself to something nice. Like Crest Whitestrips, clubs, classes, clothes, have a dinner party - whatever!
