The right amount of calories
Post Body
So a few years ago I suffered a career ending injury that caused me to be able to very minimal physical activity, this along with some depression about the event led to me gaining 100 pounds. Iโm now cleared to work out again and Iโm trying to eat better by tracking the calories I consume daily. The problem is I donโt know how much I should consume to lose weight and all the calorie calculators I look at vary anywhere from 1900-2600. Any advice would be appreciated.
