From 350 to 335 today 🎉
About Month and a half ago, I did this visualization of what myself and my life would look like 10 or 20 years in the future if I hadn’t done anything about my health, and if I had taken action now. It really put the fire under me, and I’ve been filling out my walking ring literally every day since then (addicting lol sometimes I procrastinate and walk at 10pm because I must fill the ring).
I really think MyFitnessPal has changed how I see food on a deep level, I know what’s normal for me now, and knowing that I can eat less and be happy and healthy is the most amazing thing - it honestly doesn’t FEEL like I’m eating less or restricting myself, it feels like I’m eating better in every way - not better as in just healthier for me, but better in that I’m learning to cook really great food with whole produce.
So excited to continue this journey and start fitting into different clothing, so glad that this method I’ve been using is a million times easier and honestly more effective than anything I had done far in the past.
