I lost a building maintenance gig a while back due to the owners of the property selling their building SO I'm here offering my handyman services (while in my birthday suit) to those that are in need of help.

me: i am thirty five, married w/kids, mexican italian background, LA born/raised, educated, five eleven height, stocky to fit build, 200 pounds, funny, down to earth, not awkward, d&d free (but i do a twice yearly psych-trip to keep the brain open), fully vaxt'd, non-smoker, hairy but not ridiculously (mostly on my legs and rear end but i trim).

i honestly don't really care how you look, how heavy you are or if you're older. I'm not out there to fall in love. but lucky for you I do get along with mostly all people!

things i can do:

- drywall, patch and painting

- appliance and electronics repair

- faucet, shower, garbage disposal repair/replacement

- general plumbing

- gardening/landscaping

- installing automated drip irrigation

- dryer and vent duct cleaning (it can totally start a fire!)

- heavy lifting/hauling/dumping

- wall hangings and mounting (TVs, paintings, posters, etc)

- wainscoting

- flooring carpet installation/repair,

- organizing and storage management/building–I LOVE TO COMPARTMENTALIZE. sit there and direct me while I do the work OR I can make suggestions and you just say "yes or no"

- hot tub repair (maybe pool repair too? I own a hot tub and maintain a couple tubs)

- HVAC/AC/heating repair and troubleshooting (I can't recharge freon or other gasses)

- computer repair/optimization (I work primarily in tech and can help with your computer and phone to make them streamlined and connected with all your devices)

- roof repair (rains are coming!)

- soda stream tank refilling (lol)

- tree trimming

- deep cleaning / maintenance cleaning

- have a rad time
