I’m not technically in LA but I wanted to see if anyone out there is interested in having someone be there personal trainer…
Of course there is no such thing as free in this world but all it will cost you is a drive to OC and agreeing to an fwb dynamic
In return I will get you into the gym no cost to you and we will work on reaching whatever your goal is even if that is just to be consistent with going.
Think of it like this, I’ll help you get to using the gym correctly and you’ll be getting protein very consistently too lol
