To make a long story short, I have struggled a lot with the LA dating scene. There are options, but I have a long checklist of items that have been tough to meet with just relying on guys I meet by chance:

Even though I don't do face pics online, I've got a caveman brow and a full face of stubble that turns into a lumberjack beard if I don't stay on top of it. I'm 210 pounds at 5'10". This is just the reality and unfortunately I probably would've been better suited to be a top, but here we are.

* Is in good shape and generally my size or bigger--I typically prefer guys who look like me, on the more masculine/muscular side. Ethnicity is not a factor at all.
A bit more about me: I'm 31, 5'10", Caucasian, red hair, green eyes, and very hairy. I live in Santa Monica, have a college degree and two graduates degrees. I work in finance. I am nonjudgmental, easygoing, empathetic, and extroverted. I typically travel for work 1-2 weeks per month. I am an extremely light drinker, don't do drugs, and don't smoke (including marijuana). When I'm not working, most of my time is spent at the gym, cooking, running errands, reading, or catching up on sleep.
