Well, it’s been almost 2 months now since the ex and I broke up, and I feel the idea of a rebound might be a necessary next step to healing and moving on. Are you in a similar position? Let’s chat!
As for me, I’m a newly minted health food business owner, fairly in shape (hwp, at least), into meditation, nature, and all things trauma-informed and emotional-related. If you’re at least vaguely into any of that, we might be able to connect on some levels.
