2 of my Alts have diisappeared.

Hi,
I have started new alts in the beginning of August, but I ended up being busy and haven't been on them for a few weeks. When I logged into the linked gmail accounts, it showed the starting video again and brand new games. When I did name search for the alts, it showed no results. I've tried contacting IGG, but they say that they can't see it ever existing (even though I've showed search in chat history in WeGamers mentioning the account). Did anyone here have the same issues with this?
