Looking For A Serious Guild

Hello, I'm a 17M might player who is looking for a guild of serious players. I am looking to migrate and participate in guild events.
What I'm looking for: 1) Guild events are important. R4's and R5 must take guild fest seriously and have members contribute, it's not flattering to see more than half of the members have 0/0 quests done. 2) I am not asking for an insane monster hunting guild, however I've been in guilds where the amount of gifts in a day have been less than the number of members. I think it's fair for nembers to be expected to kill 2 monsters a day, which is definitely not a lot to ask for.
