Morgoth and Flame Imperishable - Hypothetical Scenario.

As most fans of the series know, only Eru could make use of the Flame Imperishable.
If however, Morgoth had found the Flame, whatever it might have been, or perhaps Eru allowed him to use it to create life, what would that life have looked like?
Do you think that Morgoth would have been less evil in some sense if Eru "shared" the Secret Fire? Perhaps most of what he did was driven by his spite.
