I’m looking for a scope for a lightweight ar15. It will primarily be a small game hunting rifle for coyotes and such. But would like to be able to take it to the range and stretch the .223 legs. What scopes do you guys have in mind? Low budget but I’d like to see what I’m missing out on going more expensive.
Right now I’m looking at The vortex diamondback tactical 4-12. The draw to me is the exposed turrets and only 16.2oz. (Vortex fanboy)
Bushnell prime 3-12 weighs 17oz has exposed turrets and has parallax adjustment.
Swfa 2.5-10 ultralight weighs 9.5oz. doesn’t have exposed turrets but has a better reticle. no parallax adjustment and is more expensive.
Is parallax that important?
