Is anyone else using drone camera for ELR shooting to spot impact on steel? I heard it mentioned somewhere recently and I’d never thought of that before. Many drone cameras have come down to the point of being fairly affordable.
Im going to try and stretch to 2 miles this summer and if there is a drone camera that will transmit video from the target to the shooting position then it will likely be dramatically cheaper and better picture than a spotting scope capable of seeing that distance. I tried asking questions on a drone photography page and didn’t get any helpful responses.
Has anyone seen this used? Will it work in a remote area without WiFi? Thoughts or suggestions?
