What are we using to spot hits at ELR?

I’ve dabbled in ELR shooting in the past using what is a fairly basic PRS style rifle. I recently inherited a .338 and a 50 BMG that were intended for an ELR project that my friend never got to finish. His goal was hits on a 1 moa target at 2 miles.
I’ve got all the reloading related items and will have the rifles soon, but how are we spotting hits now? Is everyone using those remote camera set ups? Giant premium quality spotting scopes? What’s the consensus on how to spot hits and misses?
