Spa / Sauna in/near LIC?

I just moved to LIC and am wondering if anyone can recommend a spa or spa area of a gym that has a hot sauna, even better if it has hot and cold plunge pools. This could be a proper spa or a gym that has a good steam room.
When I lived in LA, I used to go to Korean spas and found the steam rooms and plunge pools to be very therapeutic and would like to find something like this in the area. I know there is Spa Castle, but it's kind of far from LIC.
