i’m a 27yo guy whose apartment got closed down by the town and simultaneously let go from his job, and right now i’m surviving by sleeping in my Volvo wagon, but it gets so cold at night and i can barely sleep because i’m constantly shivering. if there’s ANYONE out there reading this ANYWHERE in Suffolk or Nassau County (NYC would be fine too honestly) who would be kind enough to let me crash on a couch or even just on the floor with my sleeping bag just to get out of the cold overnight, i’d be so grateful it would be impossible to put into words. i’d leave first thing in the morning if i can’t be there during the day, all i really care about is just being able to get some sleep somewhere warm. i desperately hope someone out there reads this and can find it in their heart to help me in this small way. thanks for reading, God bless you.
