Looking for part-time straight commission (make my own hours) sales job

Hi, I’m selling medical devices for a salary at a designated location. My average day has a lot of downtime. Many of these devices are of an emergency nature so I have to stay on location , but during that downtime I could be dialing. There is no opportunity for commission at this job. What are your recommendations for highest straight commission products or companies? I’ve always had confidence in my ability to promote products with benefit and value. Car’s, furnishings, home remodeling? What’s your suggestions for a high value ticket and who could you recommend contacting?
