Back in 2017 I cut my hair to a pixie cut so I could bleach and dye it. Since then I have been trying to grow it out in hopes of reaching Classic Length hair.(Past by butt.)

Since I started to grow it out I have stopped using any harmful things on my hair such as bleach,dyes, perms, styling tools, etc. The vast majority of my hair is virgin except for about 6 inches from when my hair was bleached. I only wash it and towel dry.

My hair is about medium thickness, wavy and tends to be a mixture of both dry on the bottoms and oils at the roots. I cut the tips about every couple of months, have minimum breakage and only a few split ends. It also is frizzy.

It's been close to 8 months since I've seen any hair growth what do ever. It's just touching my waist. I don't know if this is as far as it will go or if I'm doing something wrong. I've been using Herbal Essence rose shampoo .

Is my hair just done growing?
