I feel like no one cares about me anymore

These past days I been feeling lonely and I just keep telling myself no one cares about me. I keep talking with these people that I like to talk to but they just leave me behind. All my old friends left me and went on while I’m just here stuck. I feel like everyone just passes by me and ignores me like my parents. My parents ignore me a lot. I been having a lot of alone time and these are the things that I think about and I know it’s bad but I just think about all of it
