I (29M) have been single for most of my life, and have never experienced intimacy with a woman. I honestly feel like I give my unconditional love and support to everyone around me, but I never receive anything in return. Does anybody else feel that way too?

Been dealing with anxiety and depression for a little while now, and it’s really rough. I totally understand though, I’ve gone my whole life without a relationship or any form of intimacy outside my family as a kid. I think that if somebody showed genuine interest/affection towards me or even just gave me a hug, I’d completely break down.
