Wanted to post this in case it helps anyone like it helped me. I went through a blindsided divorce earlier in the year and kept feeling like I was alone. I felt pain that I didn't ever know I could feel. I came across this article on pinterest and it helped me realize I wasn't alone and others have went through what I did if not even worse. Everything he describes is exactly how I feel. I have good days and bad days. As of late with the holidays more bad then good, but if I can help someone out then I did my job. If anyone has been through similar and wants to chat I'm open ears.
