Am I the only one who need someone at nights to talk with?

22M,Well during day it’s quite easy for me to focus on work and stuff but during nights first of all it’s quite difficult to sleep on time and secondly the loneliness peaks!!
Would that be too much if I say I need someone to whom I can talk during these hours? Does that makes me selfish? And I am nothing saying talking with a new person every day Just one would be enough for me.
