It just kinda hurts inside, feels hard to go on

Hey hey! Im usually pretty good at dealing with my stuff but it’s been hitting harder than usual lately. I just feel extremely lonely to the point it kinda hurts in the chest and feels heavy. Im just looking for friends or people to talk to honestly. Just feels like every-time I want to talk to someone or hang out with someone, I just end up scrolling my contacts list not able to find anyone. I just hope i can find someone to talk to :/
