I feel as if I ask people if they’re okay but no one asks me

If I see a friend isn’t doing well, I’ll ask them if they’re okay, and I’m usually vented to. But if it’s ever a situation where I’ve fallen down, where I feel bad, and I need someone to talk to. No one asks me. No one ask if I’m okay even if I’m obviously going through something. I always have to initiate. They’ll let me vent to them, but I always have to initiate, and they always seem not interested. Why are all my relationships based on me initiating first?

Want to hang out? I have to initiate. Want to talk? I have to ask. No one asks me.
