41/M/East Coast - Read post before replying please

Trying to find friends on here is rough. Here is what I am looking for - and this post may sound snarky but I have been looking a while and am trying to weed out non-matches so we do not waste each others time.

I am looking for friends, to text and bs with daily. Not a fan of discord, or messaging on reddit past the initial ‘feel-out’ phase. I am not a fan of third party text apps. Imessage is preferred as the interface is better.

I am looking for someone of similar interests to binge watch tv/movies with, possibly game, but just to have good conversation and just become best friends (whatever that even is 😂 )

That said, do not reply or message if you are looking for a one day conversation then ghost. If you’re not looking for a daily conversation, or a real friend, then keep looking and ignore me. I am sick of amazing one day convos where you never hear from someone again. Just a waste of time. And if you’re a Woman, for god’s sake, I am not here to be some secret guy friend. (Extremely common here apparently) if your marriage sucks, keep me out of it. Talk to your spouse. My spouse knows I have friends and so should yours. This is just silly, but I’ve been told ‘my husband knows I have platonic friends’ then after a couple days of platonic talk ‘oh my husband is pissed he doesn’t know I talk to people on reddit’ 😂

Gist of this is - just be a real person….transparent and honest. And be a good conversationalist. If you made it through this and are sick of the ghosters/terrible one word conversations, hours or days in between texts, etc, hit me up…..only if you know you’re what I am looking for. Please. Just sick of wasting time.
