I feel like I’m being left behind

I feel like all of my friends are moving on and leaving me. I feel like my life isn’t going anywhere but every one else has a future. I’m close to graduating and now it feels like I won’t have anyone after that. I just went through a break up and I feel like I have no one and nothing to turn to.
