For context I’m 18 male Uk (bi)
Recently I have been getting nothing but hate from both work and home and I don’t have any friends at uni I feel extremely lonely I need people there for me.
This loneliness has made me do nsfw stuff too much as well which I think is also damaging my brain as I need to do that with people not strangers videos
