I'll graduate next week and am constantly thinking about how lonely I end up being then. I don't have any real close friends but a group to hang out with, who I felt comfortable with and enjoyed spending time with. We met quite regularly last summer holidays but things have changed by then. One left school, who somehow worked as a connector, another admitted how they don't actually like us apart from a few and I had a break up with someone also part of this group. Things have been rough and we didn't meet since then anymore. I feel like school will always stay the best place to get to know other people and find friends, who you hopefully stay in contact with for years to come but I know this year's holidays will be super lonely.
If you've been in the same boat as I am right now, did it get better or is adult life as lonely as I imagine it right now?
