Good morning, I hope everyone is doing well today! I've been trying to improve myself lately. I was doing well before the new year, but I hit a hurdle just before Christmas. I had some family issues and the anticipation of a lot of hedonism ahead, so I lost some motivation. I'm trying to pull myself back up to be more conscientious of the way I spend my time (including ditching my crap-filled old reddit account to stop the doom scroll haha). I also stopped exercising and started vaping again, but I'm going to change that in February and get back to where I was before.
Before the new year, I was working on exploring consciousness. I want to be more conscious of how I spend my time, meditation more, and be more aware of my mental state to help me lucid dream. When I feel like it will be useful, I'm also going to start exploring psychedelics again. We are social creatures though, so maybe we can help each other, and make a new friend in the process! I'd love to have a friend to support me and who I can support in turn. My idea is that we keep in contact a few times throughout the day to hold each other to account, check in with each other, and be supportive of each other with whatever we're struggling with. If you have an issue, are feeling depressed, losing motivation, or just feeling off, I want to help you through that. I want to celebrate your victories with you and I want to be a person you can always turn to with no judgement, and I'd love to have someone I can do the same with.
