Hi and thanks for reading. You're probably as sceptical as me in all this so I appreciate you brief attention.I'm not into those "Hi, how's your day" type conversations. I prefer things to feel real and a bit personal, but not intrusive.
I'd describe myself as an ambivert. That basically means that I can be comfortable in social situations if it feels real and not pretentious. Saying that, I'm drawn to introverted people as I relate to needing space, respecting and defining boundaries. I want to know about you, the real you, what you're feeling, understand how you think, agree, disagree.
I'm interested in the vulnerability two people can show by just being themselves. I know it sounds cheese, like something you might hear on a self discovery retreat or something, but I just think those are the richest connections.
I've tried posting on other forums before but perhaps I've not struck the right tone, it's always a bit tricky to make a first impression without coming across as a creep, pervert and just plain odd. I can self attest to not being any of those things, but also accept that this is Reddit. You're free to judge thats cool. Anyway, if you've made any sense of my ramblings, let's chat.
I'm looking for someone with whom I can create something with that doesn't feel transactional or contrived. I don't need to be your happily ever after, but let's create our own experiences and let down the barriers of intimacy.
