I've enjoyed watching Portrait/Landscape Artist of the Year for a while now and I'm looking to give it a go myself. I'm particularly interested in working with oils, so am looking for art classes for relative beginners. I have some experience with drawing, but it's been a while.
I have been looking at the Art Academy short courses, so if anyone has any experience with them, would appreciate your thoughts, or any other suggestions. I work full time 9-5 so would need to be an evening course and preferably over a number of weeks, rather than just a day course. Budget probably around £500
