Decent non-chain restaurants with calorie info available

Does anyone have any recommendations for non-chain restaurants that have a calorie count on their menu? Ideally central, but would travel anywhere within zones one and two.
All I can think of is Zeฬdel and Gauthier.
Context: I eat out a lot with a foodie friend, but I'm now on a diet and she's not. I'd like to suggest somewhere for our next restaurant where I can discreetly work out the calories in what I'm eating without forcing her to also feel like she's on a diet.
