Post Body

I've been using the MX Master 3 (mac / bluetooth version) for a few years now.

Main reason I got the bluetooth version over the dongle version is because I wanted the easy of swapping between systems.

My issue is the following, when running this mouse on my Ubuntu work laptop it feels smooth and I've tested with some polling rate testing web apps that it runs around 120-140hz.

When I use it on my Windows 11 desktop it feels significantly laggier, the mouse cursor is noticeably laggier and less responsive. Using the same web app to test polling rate I get a max of 90hz.

I've tried moving the mouse closer to my desktop to see if it's a bluetooth connectivity / range issue but the max I can get on windows is 90hz no matter what I try.

TL;DR:

The mouse is connected to both the Ubuntu laptop and the Windows Desktop over bluetooth, it feels noticeably better on Ubuntu and the numbers testing on the web app supports my testing.
