Logitech MX Master and MX Master 2S batteries

Hello,
I am looking to upgrade the battery of my MX Master (currently 50 mAh) and I was wondering if the battery connectors for the MX Master and the MX Master 2S are identical. I have found a Youtube video where somebody was using a 1200 mAh battery for his MX Master 2S and I was asking myself if I could use the same battery model for my MX Master without having to resolder the original connector on it.
