MX Master 3's left click is starting to shine, any replacement parts?

Post Body

I've had an MX Master 3 for a long while now, I use a 2S at home, and a 3 at work, and I love the things. Problem is, mt constant use of the mouse has caused the left click to develop the grease sheen of death, it seems to pickup more oil than the other button since it's developed, I wipe my hands with sanitiser, dont touch my face or hair, no food, and it still gets oily and I have to wipe it off.

I work in IT, so I have a lot of cleaning products in my office too, I use a anti-static "meant for plastics" cleaner on it, as alcohol would strip any coatings off of the thing.

My 2S is still new by comparison and doesn't have this issue, what little oil it gets on wipes straight off. I digress.

Has anyone found a good place to source the left/right clickers to replace? it bothers me how warn the button looks in comparison to the near-pristeness of the rest of the mouse, also the smooth button is a sensory nightmare for me
