If Logitech can’t fulfill orders on time or be upfront about timely shipping, they need to let other retailers carry and sell their products (Logitech Pro Racing Pedals)

Post Body

I’ve been waiting for the Logitech Pro Racing Pedals to come back in stock. Tuesday morning, I was finally able to place an order.

Got my receipt for the $375 order (that was of course taken out of my account immediately). Email told me to wait for another email with the tracking information “soon.”

Standard shipping advertised 4-7 business days.

It’s Friday and I haven’t heard squat. Contacted an agent via support chat only to be told it’s “4-7 business days after the order has been completed and released to the warehouse, “ not 4-7 days after they take your payment.

The agent also wouldn’t give me a straight answer as to if the item ordered was even in stock, let alone an estimate on when they would ship it.

This practice feels dishonest, and is especially annoying with this product because it’s very expensive and is, as of today, only sold on the Logitech website.

If Logitech won’t let me buy it anywhere else, they should at least be honest about the shipping timelines up front.
