Hello, I have a question. I have a company that works as an intermediary between US wholesalers and international manufacturing. Basically they tell me what they need, and I find for them the best reliable manufacturer, that offers best quality/price products. I have a customer that buys disposable gloves ( nitrile), and he wants oem packaging, he wants his company's logo and information on the boxes. The manufacturer said yes no problem. But they told me I have to figure out the paper work myself. Anyone knows the steps to do so, like get FDA approval for the packaging, get a bar code. How does it work? I contacted 3 lawyers who are specialized in international trade, and the 3 of them gave me different procedures that will cost me between 3000-15000 usd, (paid to their office, not the US government). And I feel like they're lying to me. If anyone knows anything about this procedure, please let me. Thank you kindly.
