Had a package coming from the UK, I live in the SF Bay Area. Package made it through customs and made the delivery window for yesterday, 2/17/21. The tracker said "With delivery courier."

I was making dinner and heard my gate open, and looked to see a DHL truck leaving, so I assumed the package had been delivered (As of late nobody seems to ring my doorbell, even though it works), only I went to the door, opened it, and nothing was there. (Note I made it so that I didn't have to sign for the package). I checked the tracker and it had flipped back to "Scheduled for Delivery" on the 22nd, which was the date DHL had originally said. It gave me the option to change delivery for today 2/18/21, so I did that.

It's currently nearly 1PM and the tracker still says "Scheduled for delivery as agreed", which it spat out wednesday night.

I found this reddit digging around looking for answers, and figured maybe someone would know whats up. Am I just impatient? Was there some package mixup? Was the delivery driver lazy? I'm just really confused, never had a truck show up and the driver come through the gate to not leave anything!
