Where To Learn About The Trucking Business?

Hi guys,

Totally new here.

I am interested in exploring the trucking business, specifically on the side of being a broker that works with truck drivers to deliver loads.

I have no experience in logistics other than shipping containers from time to time, only in small business, and that too, through a 3rd party agent. I have experience in e-commerce.

So what are the pro's , con's and where could I learn more about the requirements to thrive in this industry and getting started?
