Decoding an open lock

Hi r/lockpicking, Im hoping you can help me decode some open locks I have at work.

The locks are are Disecu 4 digit combination locks - https://www.amazon.ca/Combination-Padlock-Shackle-Diyife-Weatherproof/dp/B096ZGPM7Y/ref=pd_lpo_2?pd_rd_i=B096ZGPM7Y&psc=1. The are currently in the open position and cannot be reset as I do not have the code.

I have tried the shackle push method from this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cg6qbM3weMU - but I cannot seem to find the true gates and open the lock.

Any suggestions or tips are appreciated, thank you!
