Jeff Moss has a nice vintage Yale 840 that was complete - original pins, a working key, a nice lock.... It only had one little issue. It had no shackle. I have had some video and pictures of the process that I have never really shared with anyone but Jeff, but I thought I'd share then now since i have them...
