This post is to celebrate we phone jockeys who managed to not catch a layoff and keep the same call center job all through 2022. Check in and s/o yourself if you're still out there! Frankly, it's a hell of an achievement.
Things have been honestly looking up past couple months. June through October were very, very grim for me; I very nearly hung it up for either a purchase LOA or reverse opportunity during that time. But I worked some things out with my existing employer, got better at some stuff, and I feel like I'm exiting the year a stronger LO and MUCH stronger salesperson for sticking this garbage year out.
Since start of Novemver my carried locked pipeline has been 10-15, which certainly won't be buying any Bugattis but it's a hell of a lot better than it was!
How you doing and what are your wins?
