Discharged Mortgage Still Trigger Derogatory Seasoning Rules?
Post Body

Hey gang,

Weekend weirdo for you. Does a mortgage discharged through bankruptcy still trigger derogatory event seasoning requirements for late payments?

In this example, it's a first mortgage still secured to the property - so payments still have to made to not have the property foreclosed on by the lender. The discharge is of the borrower's liability to pay. (And assume the BK is seasoned.)

Would like answers for both conventional and FHA <3
