Iām going to hop on a call today with nexa and see if a change of company makes sense for me.
Currently at a very small broker in San Fransisco and have very limited resources which is making me feel overwhelmed. I am young 21 years old and I think learning from more than just the 2 other LOs at my office will be very good for me.
When I go to events I go alone, when I try to learn I am alone, although my mentor did a great job of training me. I was able to do 1.5m in my first 6 months and have multiple leads and referrals coming in already. I already matched the monthly income after I had while working as a full time personal banker with only 4 loans which has me super exited for this year
I currently get 125 bps with a 300 processing fee (which is so worth it our processors do basically all the work).
What has your experience been? Let me know!
