Mackie DL32R ribbon issues

Around 6 months ago I lost two aux outputs. Sound went out. I opened the mackie and it turned out that there are 4 ribbon cables that are used for the outputs. They had to be reseated and it was fixed. 2 weeks ago one of the main outputs went out. Same issue. This time it only lasted 4 gigs. Same main output went out last night. I was able to route a spare aux to the main. Anyone having the same issues? Are these ribbon cables available anywhere? I haven’t seen them.
