Here is the message when the console is turned on https://i.imgur.com/cdcsGjd.jpg

So I get to my venue and turn the console on, walk away to do some other stuff and come back about 5 minutes later to this same screen. Thought it was weird, turned it off and back on. Same result.

Saw it said it was waiting for flash drive, so I popped in the one I always use it with it. Rebooted, nothing.

Thought maybe the firmware was corrupted or something so I downloaded the newest version and stuck it in the console, turned it on and it checked the file and "updated" the firmware and booted right up! Awesome!

Well.... just to make sure it was fixed, removed flash drive and turned it off and back on... same message pops back up.

The work around still works, where I just need the update file on the drive to get it to boot. It's like it's not saving the firmware or bootloader in memory anymore.

Anyone have this issue before or know what would be causing it?

My initial thoughts are -failing harddrive/memory, -dust in the Flash drive port (but I blew it out with air), -or possibly a dead CMOS battery...Do these consoles have one to save console state?
