Car audio (kicker) sub used in nightclub sound system?

2 funktion one f121’s that were supposed to have the drivers replaced came back with 18’’ square kicker sun inside….. I don’t wanna be the hater seeing they had someone without consulting their sound guy so any feedback would be appreciated. The club has 2 original f121’s and now two with car audio subs….. 8ohm and 4ohms. Subs are powered by ffa 10000 dual powered amp. I put the 8ohm f121’s on ch b and the f121’s with a 4ohm kicker…. On ch a which made total impedance 2.67 ohms. Ch A is not powering on now.
