DI Box - Bleeding Channels

Post Body

We run backing tracks live in our band setup - 1 Stereo Track, 1 Stereo Synth Bass Track, 1 Mono Click, 1 Stereo Backing Vocals - all from a Cymatic Audio uTrack 24 > Palmer Pan 16 DI Box > FOH.

When all the tracks are running we get levels fine but experience bleeding from the synth bass to stereo track, backing vocal to stereo track for instance. We’ve tried running through other DI boxes and the bleeding stopped.

To solve the issue using our current setup with the Palmer DI Box we pressed all the GND Lift buttons on each channel which seemed to solve the bleeding. However I don’t think this is meant to solve this issue? Would be great if anyone has any ideas or reasons to why this is happening. If what we’ve done makes sense to solve it then great!
