Again, she's slipped into bratty tween mode (and admits it). This time is a bit too far. Came home and the kitchen was totally trashed - nice of her to cook for everyone, but I'm not happy about the late night surprise. The dishwasher not even run, and full with a half load unwashed in the sink, counters covered with gook. Then down to my office, which is covered with her notes, her books, and is apparently the right place to color and do jigsaw puzzles. Enough already.

Other than talking with her, and getting those doe eyes and curled lip things that make me melt, what might I try? I'd spank her, but she loves it too much for it to be a punishment. I could tie her up and put her in the corner, but she loves that, too. Is putting her on kitchen duty and making her clean up her mess enough? I'd rather simply encourage, but it's over the line this time. Not to mention stepping on dirty undies etc. Pushing all my buttons.

Maybe make her clean up, some restrictions, some funishment, and a new squishmallow if she behaves? I might already pamper her too much though. [But I love it so much]
