Little space makes me sad a lot of the time, Any advice?

I have been a little off and on for 8 years or so, always via distance. The last like 5 years or more I just get so sad after being little, or after having really really great chats with people. Does anyone have experience with this or advice? Even though I've been one for 8 years, I admit I am a bit inexperienced.
I just want to enjoy littlespace to the fullest and not have this looming shadow over little time.
